Amanda Seales formerly Amanda Diva was born in Los Angeles California on July 1, 1981. Amanda Seales is a Comedian DJ, a Comedian and content creator. She moved to Orlando at the age of 8 years old, and went to Dr. Phillips High School. After completing her undergrad in SUNY Purchase, Amanda earned an MA in African American Studies with a concentration in hip-hop from Columbia University. Her first appearance was as a character on the cult Nickelodeon comedy My Brother and Me 1994 playing the character Deonne later becoming widely known to the public as a VJ Amanda Diva who was the star of hip hop in MTV2 Sucker Free Sundays. Amanda Seales was a recorded poet, artist and spoken word performer in 2011. The show returned soon after and started adding stand-up comedy on her resume. She is CEO of DivaWorks Inc her production company that performs and develops funny, smart content on the screen and stage.
